空間全体の明るいトーンとふんだんに取り入れたグリーンがフレッシュな印象を与えるデザイン。ビルから離れて少し歩けば緑も豊富な丸の内エリアだが、明るい空間の中にたくさんの緑を取り入れ、一日ビルの中で過ごすワーカーが外に出ずとも手軽にリフレッシュできる空間を目指した。グリーンはリフレッシュに寄与するばかりでなく、建て替えから20年を超えた丸ビルとそこに入居する企業がさらに「成長」していく、というメタファーにもなっている。さらにシルクスクリーンによるこの施設だけのオリジナルのアートや、特注のベンチを設置し、入居者の日常に刺激やインスピレーションも与える仕掛けを多数取り入れている。

The bright overall palette and generously incorporated greenery create a fresh and uplifting atmosphere. While the Marunouchi area itself is rich in greenery, the space has been designed so that workers can easily refresh and recharge indoors, without needing to step outside.
The botanical elements not only provide a sense of relaxation but also serve as a metaphor for the ongoing “growth” of the Marunouchi Building—now more than 20 years since its reconstruction—and the companies it houses. In addition, unique features such as original silkscreen artwork and custom-designed benches introduce moments of inspiration, offering creative stimulation in the daily life of occupants.
