An internal use of co-working space for one of the biggest ad agency in Japan.  The concept of this project is to highlight that territory makes identity, and identity makes engagement. We mixed private offices and co-working  spaces on one floor. Therefore, a lot of the corners and alleys in the office appear like its from a down town setting. We changed it in order to promote different types of active based working spaces and communication spaces. There is a lot of types of furnitures such as a big table, a diner sofa, a high counter besides a window, and more. Workers can move from place to place freely to find the most effective setting depending on their tasks and feelings.
