男性、女性、若者、大人、日本人、外国人。様々な人々が集まり、交わる街、新宿。集まるのは人々だけでは無い。 夜、昼、ショッピング、ビジネス、エンターテイメント、遊ぶ、働くといったあらゆる活動やイメージ、 そして街ゆく人の意思や思惑も、常に変化し続けながらぶつかり合い、時には寄り添い、一体化することなく複雑に交錯し続けている。 新宿は多様性を持った街なのだ。 多様性は、様々なビジネスを生業とするメンバーが集まるシェアオフィスにとって、 新たなビジネスを生み出し事業を加速させるきっかけとして重要なファクターの一つだ。 新宿のまさに中心に位置するビジネスエアポート新宿三丁目では、 街をゆく人々の多様性と新宿の街そのものが放つカオス的エネルギーを空間のモチーフとして取り込むことで、 新たなビジネスへのインスピレーションやクリエイティビティにつながるコワーキング空間を目指した。

Shinjuku is a city of diversity.
A city where wide range of people, regardless of gender, age or nationality, gather and engage. Activities and images that reflects the city are also varied; such as play, work, night, day, shopping, business,and entertainment. Furthermore, sentiments and intensions of people in the city are needless to say, widely diversed.
Every aspect of this city is constantly evolving, conflicting, correlating at times, but never unified.
Within a shared officespace, where members from various business fields work together, "Diversity" is one of the key elements to drive innovation and create new businesses.
Busines-Airport Shinjuku 3-chome,located in the very center of Shinjuku, we designed the space to incorporate the diversity of people passing by and the city's chaotic energy as a symbolic pattern, to inspire and increase creativity of workers t leading them to new businesses in the coworking environment.
