住みたい街ランキングでは上位ランキング常連の恵比寿。白金や代官山と言った洗練されたエリアに 近いながらも山手線と日比谷線の乗り換え駅という交通の便の良さが人気の理由だ。恵比寿のもう一つの 魅力は迷路のように入り組んだ街の先に広がるレストランやショップの数々。美味しそうな店構えのレス トランや、少し隠れたように佇むバー、アイテムにこだわりを感じるショップなど、店だけでなく店員や 客も洒落た雰囲気の様々なレストランやショップを見つけることができる。そしてそれらのお店は恵比寿 の小道の奥まで連なっている。
そんな恵比寿の街並みをモチーフにしたビジネスエアポート恵比寿のコンセプトは Colony。緩やかに 湾曲した壁やシェルフがフロアを縦断し、アリの巣のように様々な居場所を作り出す。それぞれの居場所 はソファ席やミーティングコーナー、ベンチシートなど異なる様々なワーキングスペースになっており、 ビジネスエアポートで活動する多様なワーカーに様々な働き方を提供する。 これまでビジネスエアポートは多くのワーカーの飛躍をサポートしてきた。恵比寿店でも同様に飛躍を 目指すワーカーに向けて働きやすく感度の高いオフィス空間を提供することを目指した。

The reason for its popularity is its location, easily accessible by both Yamanote and Hibiya lines, yet being close to sophisticated areas such as Shirokane and Daikanyama. Another charm of Ebisu are the maze-like allies where you can find on the end of it, restarurants and stores. Restaurants with delicious looking facades, bars that are quietly hidden, stores with exclusive items, not only do those spaces look stylish but the staff and even the customers have their own style.
Inspired by those neighborhood, "Colony" was the concept given to Business-Airport Ebisu. The floor is divided by winding walls and shelves, like an ants' nest, creating various areas such as sofa seatings, meeting pods and workstations, offering options for workers with different workstyles. Business-Airport has been successful in supporting the prosperity of many workers. This Ebisu branch is designed to also support workers thrive by offering an office space which is satisfying and with style.
